Hi, has anyone got a Lowe HF-150 receiver?
ive recently acquired one and would like to hear of any good frequencies to listen to, I live in the UK, or any hints and tips, mods etc.

Description from Universal Radio's web site:
The Lowe HF-150 coverage is from 30 kHz to 30 MHz with variable tuning rate according to speed rotation of the main tuning knob. Modes are AM, AM Synchronous, USB and LSB (also for CW/RTTY/FAX). The dual conversion design features selectable IF bandwidths of 2.5 and 7 kHz. Sixty memories store frequency and mode. The 1 kHz LCD frequency display can also show: memory number, mode, bandwidth and other functions. The rear panel has output jacks for speaker and record output plus the optional wired keypad. There are also two battery compartments that hold four AA cells each (not supplied). This radio also operates from 12 VDC.

This list is primarily focused on VHF/UHF radio scanners. Not much HF info here.
